A: My most challenging days are when staff do not turn up for work – Not having enough staff

A: Psychology- To help me with all of the different personalities that I deal with everyday and have a greater understanding of how to get the best out of everyone.

A: Communication – Internal and external – The importance of really timely, honest, open and relevant communication.

A: The consequences of loosing experience and knowledge from your team.
